I found this terrific photo through Creative Commons.
If you’ve never used it, Creative Commons is nonprofit organization that tries to make it easy for people to share creative work while protecting copyright rules. It’s a wonderful place to find photos for web sites, blogs and other commercial and non-commercial uses. The material is free to use, so long as the work is attributed as the creator wants it.

They don’t teach this in grad school. Take a look at this cut-to-the-quick commercial. I think it has quite a bit to teach about how honesty and humor create an interesting selling proposition in some of the least likely circumstances.
My thanks to Joel Burslem for unearthing it on his Future of Real Estate Marketing blog.
